Description

A twelve month fixed term vacancy (non-maternity leave) currently exists in our Human Resources team for an HR Adviser, based in Sydney.

This comprehensive HR generalist role will involve providing HR administration support and advice to Seven Network Television, including:
Providing day to day advice to management & staff on a range of HR issues
Assisting with end to end recruitment
Assisting with all HR initiatives such as annual performance & remuneration reviews
Preparing employee contracts and other correspondence
Managing and updating the employee database & systems
Preparing weekly, monthly & ad-hoc reports
Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and processes

What you need to be successful in this role:
• A team player with excellent relationship building and influencing skills
• Good business acumen and self motivation
• Good knowledge of current HR practices and employment legislation
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisational and problem solving skills
• Assertiveness and an ability to work with all levels of staff and management
• Tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related discipline
• Experience in HR would be advantageous
