The MTV EXIT (End Exploitation and Trafficking) is a non-profit campaign designed to increase awareness and promote the prevention of human trafficking and exploitation in the Asia Pacific region. MTV EXIT educates, engages and empowers youth to join a global movement end modern day slavery.

We are seeking a creative, multi-talented individual to join our regional team in Bangkok as a Digital Outreach Manager. You will take a leadership role in the management of MTV EXIT’s digital strategy, including driving online engagement, content development, and strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for reaching and engaging millions of young people, along with other target audiences, in Asia and across the world and encouraging them to learn more about human trafficking and to take action toward positive change.
• Drive MTV sustainable outreach to increase visibility, generate traffic and strengthen engagement through strategic messaging, SEO, integrating social media tools, and improving user experience.
• Develop, implement and maintain digital strategy for online community management, reflecting a wide range of stakeholders and audiences including; donors, partners, TIP community organizations, talent, media, and localized youth activism efforts in key markets across Asia and throughout the world.
• Manage digital outreach team to ensure online efforts are inline with the digital strategy and overall campaign objectives
• Drive social media strategy and evaluate analytics from varied sources, including website analytics, consumer research and focus groups, brand information and other relevant data.
• Collaborate with MTV EXIT teams including production and creative, communications, distribution, partnerships, and marketing to develop cohesive content strategy, in effort to integrate digital outreach into the comprehensive campaign to maximize consistency while amplifying campaign messaging.
• Assess and oversee relevant content management systems, including photo and web assets.
• Identify and pursue online partnership opportunities to boost campaign impact and sustainability on global, regional and local scale and amplify digital resources.
• Provide strategic guidance in refreshing MTV EXIT online platforms, continue to monitor new developments in the online industry and communicate best practices and emerging trends to the team.

• Minimum 3-5 years experience developing digital strategy in marketing, media agency or non-profit environment and experience managing projects and personnel
• Strong knowledge and passion for social media and cause-related campaigns
• Bachelor degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, communication, multimedia studies or related fields
• Advanced degrees and studies in related field preferred
• Adept at extracting meaningful insights from multiple sources of data
• Ability to grasp complex concepts and systems quickly, and express them in simple ways
• Strong writing, storytelling, communication, presentation skills
• Excellent command of English and experience working in a diverse, international environment
• Proactive, self-starter who excels at team collaboration while demonstrating independent progress
• Knowledge of the following applications and platforms preferred: WordPress, CRM (e.g. MailChimp), Online CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, web-based analytics and video editing software
