Fun and busy independent television production house in Sydney requires an office assistant/co-ordinator with a can-do attitude and a cheery disposition to join their positive and friendly team. A great entry position into the world of Television.

Responsibilities include:
Front desk support -serving as the primary receptionist and switchboard, email enquires, couriers, mail and directing visitors
General office duties- Stocking and distributing office and IT supplies and equipment, coordinating with building maintenance staff and service vendors
Database maintenance - show masters, equipment logs, resumes, office purchase records
Basic IT support to staff - printer connects, email set up and issues, photocopies and serving as a liaison to IT contractor
Assist with meeting preparation and the new and leaving staff process
Maintaining general office tidiness
Running errands and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Maintenance of company website and social media
Working with productions - general research and delivery materials to networks, readying equipment and travel coordination, award submissions.

The successful candidate should have superior organisational skills, be self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and energetic with a ready smile. Be a team player and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency on computer programs and databases is required and experience in general office and admin skills. An aspiration to work in television is a must.
