Visual Playground Melbourne is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our boutique and successful creative production studio on a part-time basis (3 days a week with room to eventually move into a full-time position).

To join this amazing team, you will come with strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task, be enthusiastic and flexible, highly organised and methodical and committed to keeping the office running efficiently and smoothly.

Office experience is essential (1-2 years minimum) while production environment experience is preferred.

You will be responsible for looking after the day-to-day running of the office, assisting the Production team and social media updates.

Roles and responsibilities include:

Manage upkeep of office including:

-Kitchen supplies
-Hard drives
-Bathroom (toilet paper, paper towels) and cleaning supplies
-General tidiness & upkeep of office
-Manage office calendar
-Maintain cupboards etc

Client Service:

-Prepare rooms/catering for client meetings/visits
-Answering main phone
-Forward correspondence to correct VP team member


-Entering job costs/invoices into project management system and liaising with accounts
-Providing general support to Producers
-Maintaining contact details of clients, suppliers in project management system
-Book/manage travel and accommodation arrangements


-Running/Production Assistant on set
-Managing unit
-Organising catering for shoot
-Call sheets
-Liaising with and booking crew when required


-Email Newsletters
-Website maintenance
-Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) management
