In the business of content, hsquared is seeking an experienced Producer to join the team.

As an industry leader in the Lifestyle TV category as the creators of programs such as Ainsley’s Market Menu, Loving Gluten Free, Everyday Gourmet, Good Chef Bad Chef, My Restaurant In India and many more. hsquared also produces online and TVC content for our clients.

The Producer will work across a variety of projects simultaneously from TV series to online content and TVC production, supporting the Executive Producer and Head of Production across all levels of production.
The Producer will work closely with the Head of Production from a resourcing and scheduling perspective to ensure the various projects are delivered to client and broadcast standard, on time and on budget.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Previous experience in broadcast/advertising/content production and post-production are essential.
As a Producer you will be required to multi-task, prioritise projects and work to deadlines.

• More than 7 years' work experience that includes broadcast production or agency producing.
• A working knowledge of broadcast, production and post-production fundamentals.
• Ability to produce and manage small to medium size shoots solo.
• Experience in managing clients and sponsors.
• Strong copywriting and scripting ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic, deadline driven, take pride in your work.

Responsibilities include:
• Ability to produce and direct small crews across various productions.
• Scripting for TV series, commercial content and TVCs
• Experience in overseeing post production and working with editors
• Interpreting client briefs and managing client expectations, creating estimates, production & post schedules.
• Managing internal staff and/or sourcing freelancers and booking crews as required.

This is a 6 month contract role. Salary is commensurate with experience.
